Returns

You can return most of the new products, with package intact and within 30 days of delivery, to get a refund of the full amount. We will also refund the return shipping cost if we find that the return is result of our mistake (if you received an incorrect or defective item).
If you have requested a refund of the amount, you must wait for the maximum period of four weeks from the date of shipment of your order. This period includes the transit time for us to receive the returned items (5-10 days), the time it takes to process your request (3-5 business days), and the time it takes to process your refund request (5-10 business days).
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact O Boticário Customer Service Center United States by phone 1-844-6401422, from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 10am to 10pm, Brasilia time or send an e-mail to contactUS@oboticario.com.br, having in hands the number of your order and details about the product you would like to return. We will answer quickly with instructions on how to return the items of your order.

What can I do if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?
In case you want to exchange or return a product, you should follow these steps:
1. Log on to www.boticario.com with your username and password;
2. In “My Account”, look for Your Completed Orders then click Return Item(s) next to their item;
3. Fill in the following information: Quantity to return, Return reason, Return action (optional) and Comments (optional)
4. Confirm this procedure;
5. Then complete the exchange/return authorization that you received with your order;
6. Place the product(s) to be returned in the original product box;
7. Take the box and the exchange/return authorization to the nearest FedEx office.
After receiving the product, we will process your request to send another product or refund the amount paid, according to your choice.

I received the wrong products. What should I do?
